Enter medical info

  1. Open the ‘Person’s Daily Symptoms’ screen:  Go to home screen and press the person’s pic

  2. You can change the date by using the header’s  arrows   

  3. You can enter a free text by pressing "Attach Note"

  4. Press "Report Something" in order to enter details

  5. Enter a symptom / illness / treatment

  6. Cancel and go back to home screen: Press on the X on the top right corner

  7. Save and go back to home screen: Press on the V on the top right corner

  3. Enter an illness
  4. Enter a treatment
  5. Delete an item
  6. Copy reported items to/from yesterday

Enter a symtom

  1. Go to home screen and press the person’s pic, then press the thermometer

  2. You can switch between body map view and list view by dragging "Search by Name"/
    "Choose by body part" up/down

Body Map View:              

  1. Choose the wanted body part and report the relevant symptom.

  2. In order to enter the same symptom more than once a day, or to add the exact time, press the clocl icon instead of pressing the symptom and fill in the right time. If you wish to use that option you need to upgrade to fully featured/deluxe version.

  3. In order to add new symptom to the list enter it in the “Create new symptom” box and press enter. The new symptom will be added to the application and will behave as every other symptom from now on.

List/Search view:

  1. Start writing the symptom. The application search for it by name, description and search terms in the symptoms list.

  2. Click the symptom.

  3. In order to enter the same symptom more than once a day, or to add the exact time, press instead of pressing the symptom and fill in the right time. If you wish to use that option you need to upgrade to fully featured/deluxe version.

  4. If you wish to add a new symptom to the list do so on "body map" screen.

 

Enter an illness

 

  1. Go to home screen and press the person’s pic, then press the thrmometer and go to the “Illness” tab

  2. Start writing the illness. The application search for it by name, description and search terms in the illness list.

  3. Click on the illness.

  4. In order to add new illness to the list press "Create new", enter it and press “Save this item”. The new illness will be added to the application and will behave as every other illness from now on.

 

Enter a treatment

  1. Go to home screen and press the person’s pic, then press the thrmometer and go to the “Treatment” tab

  2. Choose the relevant treatment

  3. In order to add new treatment enter it in the “Create new…” box and press enter. The new treatment will be added to the application

 

Delete an item:

  1. Open the ‘Person’s Daily Symptoms’ screen:  Go to home screen and press the person’s pic

  2. Press X in order to delete an item from that day.

 

Copy reported items to/from yesterday

  1. Open the ‘Person’s Daily Symptoms’ screen:  Go to home screen and press the person’s pic

  2. If the current day holds data you can press copy to yesterday

  3. If the previous day holds data you can press copy from yesterday
